Edenside Lodges is a small self-catering holiday accommodation based at Edenside, St Andrews, Fife, KY16 9SQ, UK. You can reach us at edensidelodges@gmail.com.

When you submit an enquiry through our website we collect the following personal information:

• Your phone number (optional)
• Your message, including the dates and lodge you enquire about

We do not use cookies, analytics software, or any other tracking on this website.

How we use your information

The information you provide is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed with a booking, to communicate with you about that booking. We will never use your details for marketing or pass them to third parties for any purpose.

Where your information is stored

We do not operate a database. When you submit the enquiry form, your information is sent directly to our email inbox and exists only there. No personal data is written to a database, third-party CRM, or any other persistent storage by this website.

Our email is hosted by Google (Gmail). Google's own privacy policy applies to data held in that inbox.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are relevant to our correspondence with you. We periodically delete old emails that are no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please email us at edensidelodges@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) ↗.
